Civic India “Sai Jyothi” is a collection of 36 plots designed to be a small, exclusive community. The green layout developed on 4 levels offers excellent natural light and ventilation for every plot. The tree lined avenues and pathways with only 10 plots to each avenue offers a sense of privacy and serenity. Located in the bye lanes of Kulshekar, Mangalore one can enjoy the slower pace of life while being a stone’s throw away from the heart of Mangalore City. All basic needs such as Schools, Hospitals and Banks are within a 1-2 km radius.

At the topmost level is the heart of the community. A natural tree park combined with a children’s park which leads up to the clubhouse.

Master Plan

The clubhouse is designed as a small compact structure providing basic amenities like a Gym, party hall and swimming pool. The natural elevation gives the swimming pool an almost infinity edge effect. There is also a lawn extending out from the Party hall for small informal gatherings .

Tree Garden with Children's Park Play

A tree park composed entirely of vernacular trees and plants creating an oxygen rich environment for our residents. The adjoining play park will enable both the elders and kids to be occupied.

3 BHK - Type 1

The house is designed taking cues from the vernacular style and local materials used in the Dakshina Kannada region. All units are designed to be Vaastu compliant with emphasis given to space, light and ventilation. These units consist of a single bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor in addition to a secondary living area. 2 covered Car parks are provided in the design of the house. Further, the top roof of the house consists of two layers- a flat slab and a secondary Mangalore tiled roof on top. This is designed to reduce the heat transmission into the house considering Mangalore’s extreme summers.

3 BHK - Type 2

The design of this house has been slighly changed keeping in mind Vaastu giving emphasis to space, light and ventilation. The living room area has been designed to be a double-height.These units consist of a single bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor in addition to a secondary living area. 2 covered Car parks are provided in the design of the house.

4 BHK - Type 2

These units are designed to be more spacious with the addition of a 4th bedroom and attached Balcony. The tropical and vernacular style of architecture followed has been carried forward and maintained. These residences have 3 bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor.
